The Spectrum of Desire - Original Artwork

The Spectrum of Desire is the first in a new series of work that attempts to capture the essence of emotions and the triggers for emotional response.  This piece reflects the positive aspects of desire, how wishing and longing for something can lead to progress, creativity and joy.  It also reflects the darker outcomes of desire, in human obsession and longing that can lead to selfish behaviour, with little or no compassion for others or the consequences of action.
